It would be hard to say enough about Service One Air. They do great work, we trust them with no reservations, they always come through for us, and there is simply no reason to go anywhere else.

    Having lived in Dallas just a short time, we didn’t realize the value of having central air conditioning system until a particular July Saturday night. No breeze, humid and just down right hot.  Around 6:00 pm our air-conditioning stopped working and by 9:30 we knew we were in for a very long weekend as the heat forecast was to be ongoing.   
    We called a few a/c companies and no-one was available until Monday.  We then called Service One Air and they actually answered the phone after hours. They were quick to come out and diagnose the problem and had us cooling in short order. 
    Needless to say we were able to enjoy our Sunday and everyday thereafter, Service One Air has our loyalty because of their loyalty. 
    Finally, I thought the Sunday service call would be very expensive and we were prepared to pay to get our comfort back. However, to our surprise our bill was very reasonable.  Good people and service are hard to find and we got a winner with Service One Air.
